   Project Involved – KGD-6/Scarborough/SHWE Phase-II/Marjan Package-1/NFPS Client –Woods/POSCO International/Saudi ARAMCO / Qatar EnergyOnshore / Offshore : • Looking after all the construction, installation, Hook up, decommissioning, commissioning, Shutdown & start up activities at offshore. Interfacing with all teams, departments, liaising with the management as well as marine team. Responsible for completion & handing over of all the activities. • Involving in finalization of planning packages of HUC activities, identifying and highlighting on the critical path to avoid delay on project. • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with engineering details, procedures, specifications, Quality Management System, project design basis, quality plan, and HSE plan.• Reviewing TBE’s for the Subcontractor finalization. • Review and preparation of manpower and resource loading for the onshore as well offshore activities.• Involved in mobilization, demobilization of manpower, equipment’s, tools-tackles, material requirements for the offshore activities. Manage smooth vessel movements at offshore along with the marine team. • Participate in the project risk assessment, HAZOP, HAZID session with HSE & engineering team. Maintaining risk register. Participate to coordinate the various specialists involved in the studies - HSEQ, Construction, Field Operations, Interfaces to ensure the facilities are safe, easy to operate, maintainable and inspectable• Attending daily progress meeting, weekly progress meetings, HSE meetings, CMS Meeting, internal meetings with all disciplines. Involved in daily Toolbox Talk, Task Risk Assessment, JSA along with the construction team to ensure the safe execution of job at yard as well as at offshore. Ensure proper PTW system followed for the construction activitiesCoordinate and monitor materials control functions and material transportation necessary to meet project requirements in accordance with standard procedures
