SKILLS
ABOUT JAYANTI B.
jbhatia2808.wixsite.com/jayantibhatiablogs.worldbank.org/team/j••••••••@gmail.comWith 11+ yrs of experience spanning Education Research/Management and Healthcare Operations, I\'ve been working as an Education Consultant at the World Bank for 3+ yrs. My work primarily focuses on teacher professional development and fostering positive and safe learning environments for students and teachers. I specialize in research, technical support, and program/project management, and am eager to channel my proficiency in Country Operations. My commitment to quality education for all has been a lifelong passion. I\'ve led various initiatives, extending my support to children in slums, migrants in learning centers, and low-cost private schools. Consulting at the same time has empowered me to use my skills interchangeably, and simultaneously see the bigger picture and intricacies of ground projects. This deep-seated passion drove me to join Child Rights and You (CRY). Over 4 yrs, as the volunteer program lead of national campaigns –each spanning 1K+ children and 100+ volunteers– I captured stories of street children and did primary research to compile reports. As a result, we successfully enrolled 250+ children under RTE.Alongside, I began leading ZS Corporate Social Responsibility. Starting with simple acts of storytelling and library set-up, I soon took charge of operations at NeeV, a learning center for marginalized children, transforming it into our flagship CSR program. Over 5 yrs, I impacted 350+ children with support of dedicated 100+ volunteers.Master’s in International Education Policy further equipped me with vital research and technical skills to effect change on a larger scale. It expanded my knowledge of strategic and equitable program leadership through case studies at program, regional, or national levels. Research and consulting projects with diverse stakeholders across ministries, districts, public schools, and non-profits provided avenues to apply and strengthen my skills. Before Harvard, I worked with Fortune500 healthcare executives and ZS leadership teams to lead Business Intelligence (BI) reporting and product management projects. I led agile product development projects with lifecycle ranging from conceptualization, design, testing, and launch to operations. My primary role was managing and delivering projects in different capacities (scope, budget, planning, implementation, advisor, client subject matter expert). I also led initiatives to meet 5-yr organizational vision: Operational Excellence, Quality Best Practices.
