Jayanti is a social development professional with over six years of experience managing education, livelihood, CSR and community initiatives across Gujarat and Maharashtra. My work focuses on strengthening partnerships between government institutions, industries, communities and civil society to drive systemic social change through participatory approach. Over the years, I have led teams, coordinated large-scale field programs, and contributed to the design and execution of projects under national and state-level frameworks—most recently supporting the implementation of the Jal-Jeevan Mission (JJM), Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA), National Food Security Act (NFSA), Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNREGA), National Security Assistance Program (NSAP) and National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).My professional interests lie in program management, policy implementation, and building inclusive, scalable models that empower youth, enhance employability, and foster community ownership.Passionate about learning and collaboration, I aspire to contribute to evidence-based policy implementation and pursue a higher studies in Public Policy in the coming years.

   Strengthening collaboration with Regional Directorate, ITIs, employers, communities and local industries to expand apprenticeship outreach- Leading zonal operations for apprenticeship promotion, industry and community engagement under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS)- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) through MIS dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting- Representing the organization in district and state-level stakeholder meetings, consultations, and policy discussions- Developing concept notes, briefs, and knowledge documents to scale apprenticeship initiatives and provide career prospective for youth.
