Logistics Coordination:• Coordinate with various departments (e.g, production, sales, finance) to align logistics activities with overall business operations.• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.4. Performance Monitoring:• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics activities.• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
