Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, I focus on making troubleshooting deterministic and measurable, cutting time‑to‑diagnose and improving reliability for real customers.My background includes a Master’s in Computer Science from NC State University with a concentration in data science, where I worked hands‑on with statistical modeling, experimentation, and large‑scale data processing.Day‑to‑day, I like working close to the metal. C++ for performance‑critical paths, Python for automation and analysis while leveraging modern tools (including generative AI) to accelerate test planning, documentation. Going forward, I am especially interested in roles where rigorous engineering, data‑centric decision making, and performance‑sensitive software come together, whether in networking, infrastructure, or quantitatively intensive domains.
