ABOUT JAYANT GUPTA

I am a final-year Civil Engineering undergraduate at IIT Delhi, currently pursuing a Minor in Business Management from DMS, IIT Delhi. My academic journey sits at the intersection of engineering, business, and problem-solving, and I actively seek roles that combine structured thinking with real-world impact.I have gained diverse industry exposure through internships across infrastructure, product, and startup ecosystems including roles as a Management Trainee at JKG Infratech, product intern at Grantwise.in, and Founder’s Office Intern at Pediaverse, an EdTech platform. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of operations, product strategy, stakeholder coordination, and execution in fast-moving environments.Beyond academics and internships, I have been deeply involved in student leadership and campus life. I served as a Secretary in the Student Affairs Council (SAC), the apex student body of IIT Delhi and have been actively associated with the Fine Arts & Crafts Club, first as a hostel representative and currently as a Panel Member. I have also held leadership roles across major IIT Delhi fests such as Rendezvous (Cultural fest), Tryst (Technical fest), and BECon (Entrepreneurial fest), leading verticals including Marketing, Publicity, and Events.I currently mentor 10+ students on campus and work as a part-time instructor for JEE aspirants, reflecting my strong inclination toward guidance, leadership, and knowledge sharing.I am always open to new learning experiences and am particularly interested in Product, Strategy, Operations, and Analytical roles. I bring with me strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with working knowledge of Python and SQL, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and impact.
