I am a seasoned technology strategy professional with more than 17 years of diverse experience to help global financial firms envision and architect future state strategy, plan and successfully execute complex large-scale transformation programs, outline and enable IT and Cloud operating model, scale global teams, enable Agile at scale and product management capabilities, optimize IT and Cloud spend and achieve regulatory compliance. Few recent global engagements includes Cloud Strategy and Operating Model definition for a Global Derivatives Exchange, Cloud migration and modernization of 30K+ BigData ETLs from on-premise to Google Cloud Platform (using BigQuery and DataProc) for a Global Payments Organization, tangible OpEx savings opportunities identification and execution via workforce location re-configurations, and Recovery and Resolution Planning – Financial Market Utilities (Global Banks).
