I am a senior executive with 20+ years of experience in software, data, and analytics with a focus on building high-performing teams. I have consistently led and delivered large global programs in the areas of Big Data and Analytics. I have deep experience in the cloud as well as traditional platforms.How did I get here?I did my Master\'s in engineering (focus on AI!) from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mumbai and currently pursuing MBA in Healthcare from Texas A&M. I started my career as a programmer and worked through the ranks to become a senior leader in digital, data, and analytics.I am known for bringing efficiency to large programs and turning around projects in a short period of time to deliver business outcomes. I am passionate about finding innovative and creative solutions for customers.I believe in strong mentoring culture and guiding and motivating others around me to do more and help them grow along the way. I encourage diversity of ideas on my team which helps me make the best possible decisions for the company.I believe in continuous learning. I recently finished a course titled \"Generative AI for Leaders\" which has provided me with a deep understanding of Generative AI, its capabilities, limitations, and the profound implications it has for organizations. I read a variety of books ranging from technology, innovation, entrepreneurship, business, leadership to personal growth. I am an avid runner and a budding cyclist. I run half and full marathons on a regular basis.
