Software.• To provide expertise in the detail execution of the design (surfaces, edge radii, nominal gaps etc). • Assisting and providing expertise to the team in the development of solutions to deliver the set targets and supporting in driving open issues to resolution. • Development, delivery and documentation of PQ deliverables like Gap plan, section book, and deviation sign off sheets etc.• Material assessment, rating for the existing product & benchmark and preparation of Appearance Material /Finish chart for new projects.• TRM physical validation of the geometry using the Cube properties thereby validating the engineering data and Engg. Support for TRM Procurement.• Providing expertise in both the physical and virtual “tool go sign off”• Responsible for conducting “E-cube event” and leading “Fit to Nominal” (FTN) activities for hard tool maturation using E cube. • “Graining go ahead” approval for parts based on the evaluation on T0 and T1 samples from hard tool. • Appearance approval for tools after graining at tool supplier end
