   Responsible for on time procurement of spares & consumable from reliable sources and ensure that procurement action is taken under the Purchase Policy and Guidelines, based on the Purchase Requisition/ Indent raised by the user departments. I am looking the procurement pertaining to following department- Captive power plant, Electronics & Instruments, Production, Mines and Neem ka thana grinding Unit (Indent value more than Rs. upto 30 Lacks of all departments). From last three years I am also looking the Scrap sale activity of both Binanigram and Neem Ka Thana unit along with procurement of material of Neem Ka Thana plant (all departments) and Captive power plant, Electronics & Instruments, Production, Mines dept of Binanigram as mentioned above. Follow-up with suppliers for timely submission of quotations. Preparation of Quotation comparison sheet and Purchase order. Finalize the Purchase Order through On-line auction (Ariba Web site) or through Negotiation from supplier to obtain best price / quality / delivery / freight. Follow-up / co-ordination with supplier on day to day basis for timely delivery of material. Periodical Review of Pending Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order on fortnightly and monthly basis, respectivelyand sent the reports to the concerned department and management too. Establishing Annual Rate Contracts for fast moving items / critical items to get better price and delivery to reduce urgency. Day to day Co-ordination with User Dept, Stores and Finance to sort-out their issues. Establishing Vendor Development as substitute / alternate / new vendor to meet our requirements & gain cost benefits. Working knowledge of SAP MM Module and On Line auction through Ariba. Presently working on SAP MM module. To handle and sortout the rejection, Shortage and damage cases. • Handle disposal of Scrap material of Binanigram & Neem ka thana plant th Scrap sale activity.
