   Leading and managing the entire Testing process, from requirement analysis to Test planning, test execution, defect management and go live of the project and ensuring comprehensive coverage of the in-scope items. Coach and provide exposure to team members on new testing tools, techniques, and methodologies to enhance their testing skills and ensure effective and timely delivery. Identifying crucial process improvements to increase the efficiency, productivity and performance of the software and help to deliver cost effective and quality software. Work closely with Developers, Project managers, Operations team and other stakeholders to ensure the software meets the required corporate standards. Collaborate with other departments, near partner systems teams, and stake holders to manage and prioritize tasks.
