My responsibilities include (but not limited to): 1. Monitor drafting and filing of complete specifications for the inventions identified.2. Manage, guide and train patent associates on conducting thorough searches and providing freedom-to-operate clearance and clear decision for the company in desired markets3. Verify quality and output of various patent reports4. Manage pre & post patent grant oppositions.5. Work with Patent counsel to develop sound strategy for enforcing IP (patents and trademarks) and develop and manage entire litigation strategy and process.6. Guide the team and work with overseas attorneys to successfully prosecute and obtain patents in various jurisdictions.8. Manage and improve cost burden on the business.9.
