With Consider, hiring teams find the perfect candidates from many sources, and colleagues can refer their friends right from Slack.https://consider.com/ In my role I own the overall relationship with assigned customers with a focus on increasing adoption and ensuring retention, satisfaction, and renewals.Establish a regular cadence with customers to review dashboards, KPI’s, and opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the product and introduce customers to the most relevant functionality for their specific business needs.Work with development and design teams to facilitate new customer implementations. Function as the customer advocate and provide internal feedback on how Consider can better serve our customers including tracking and escalating bugs and feature requests.Track accounts to identify churn risk and work actively to eliminate that risk.
