ABOUT JAYAM PATEL
I am the Founder & CEO of Jayam AI Labs, an R&D venture based in India dedicated to solving complex problems in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Robotics for global enterprises. Previously, I served as Co-Founder & CTO of Quaza AI and as a Perception Researcher at LeddarTech & a stealth startup, where I designed safety-critical perception algorithms for autonomous vehicles.I hold a Ph.D. in Robotics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), where my research focused on Multi-Human Multi-Robot Interaction and Swarm Intelligence. I also hold an M.S. in Robotics from WPI and a B.Eng. from Gujarat Technological University. My mission is to bridge the gap between advanced research and real-world deployment, particularly in the manufacturing and automation sectors.Beyond technology, I am deeply committed to social impact. I previously served as College President for Yuva Unstoppable, working with underprivileged children and the elderly. I am also a Reiki and Tarot practitioner, believing in a holistic approach to life and leadership.Research Interests: Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Swarm Robotics, Human-Robot Interaction (HRI), Autonomous Driving, and Cognitive Engineering.
