Deployed the AI agent across multiple channels, including phone, SMS, and email, enhancing client accessibility and engagement. Leveraged OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, AWS Lambda, N8N, Make.com, and machine learning frameworks (e.g, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to build and automate AI solutions, applying skills in NLP, API integration, and cloud deployment. Tuned LLM prompt chains to adapt to nuanced real estate objections and user tone shifts; reduced hallucination rate by 30%. Built asynchronous orchestration logic in Make.com and N8N to manage thousands of tasks across CRM, calendar, and agent handoff workflows. Implemented fallback retrieval systems when RAG pipelines timed out or failed, improving overall availability by 15%. Integrated agent telemetry dashboards that monitored response times, lead qualification rates, and failover frequency for model monitoring.
