About Jayadhar Alla

I love learning new things and am a bit enthusiastic about finding new ways/solutions for any kind of problem, and then I fell down into this coding pit. Initially, I started climbing this infinite hill with C programming and the world offers a lot of things to continue my journey.To my passion, I begin my career with a nice MNC at the initial stage, which helped a lot in organizing many things in a very systematic way. The importance of the initial level of planning for at least 3-4 months ahead, is how to handle big tasks, etc, I always believe in good teamwork, helping others at work, and keeping a good environment around me, I believe this was very much useful in reducing the total time taken for any task by the team. I am very much open to sharing knowledge if it means reducing the work effort of my peers.My motto was to learn at least some new thing(from any source/person) every day. As a Software Engineer at MathWorks, I work on SoC prototyping, kernel drivers, and high-end SDR products. I use my skills in Embedded C and C++, MATLAB, Python, GNU Make, and Cmake to develop and test innovative solutions for complex problems. I value teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing, and I always strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.I have a Master of Technology in Data Science and Engineering from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes, where I learned and applied various machine learning algorithms and techniques. I have a passion for learning new things and finding new ways to improve my performance and efficiency.
