I am a CFO with domain experience in accounting, finance, M&A, HR, Business Operations, Legal, and Recruiting in maturing organizations. I have been a CFO at privately owned, VC backed, and PE backed companies. I have completed several M&A transactions, both on the buy side (> 20 transactions) and sell side (1 sale for $300M and 2 sales each at $1.4B). I feel strongly about building great teams, and am extremely proud of the high retention rate of these teams. Prior to EchoStor, I served in a variety of CFO positions, including Thrive - a wildly successful Next Generation MSP/MSSP.
