ABOUT JAYA UPADHYAY

Hi,I am Jaya upadhyay.Being interested in humanities, I did my graduation in PSYCHOLOGY and along with that I groomed myself by taking part in extra curricular activities like National cadet corps and NATIONAL SERVICE SCHEME. Along with this I was also an active member of NGO named GRAMIKSHA. My subject Psychology has helped me great deal in understanding very simple yet peculiar aspect of human behavior dealing and this further motivated me to do my MBA in MARKETING and HUMAN RESOURCE where our entire focus remains on understanding people/customers and deal with them accordingly.I decided to take Marketing as my majors where my professors/mentors were gracious enough to give me many opportunities for organising numerous small and big events in college and I\'m still thankful to them for it, since I fully unilized those opportunities for showcasing my management skills which come handy even today in my workplace. I was also made PLACEMENT CO- ORDINATER and CLASS REPRESENTATIVE and that is where I embibed qualities of becoming a socially conscious manager.and a future leader within me and being curious to learn new things,it gave me an opportunity to participate in many activities like Global entrepreneurs summits conducted by IIM,Indore.My idol is my Father.i admire him because he taught me the importance of perseverance. Without any financial support and parents, he joined DEFENCE and now after retirement he is holding a GM position in valecha toll Pvt LTD.My hobby is art and craft persuit, and I like writing diary entry in which I regularly pen down day today happenings of my life and also about about anything which I learn from people around me, irrespective of their age/social stature/position/education qualification since I\'m a firm believer that anyone can give us most valuable lessons of life even without these aspects.
