I am a seasoned marketing professional with 16 years of dynamic experience in advertising and marketing, encompassing both creative and strategic domains.I hail from one of the most beautiful and picturesque hill stations – Coonoor. Born in the lap of nature\'s beauty, I grew up surrounded by stories whispered by the winds that stretched across tea gardens and ancient trees. This magical beginning laid the foundation for my passion for storytelling.I started my journey with advertising industry and spent almost 6 years trying to learn the best i could. Those 6 years gave me a lot of exposure towards advertisement, brand building, media planning, PR and a bit of copywriting. Mapping consumer insights, drafting stories, working across segments, devising campaign plans and positioning strategies gave me an exciting learning experience in the initial years of my career.Being passionate towards brand building, i moved into Equitas Small Finance Bank where i got the opportunity to be part of building the brand from day one.
