Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, and efficient recruitment processes across departments.Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks to ensure standardization and compliance.Supervise payroll processing, employee benefits, and statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor laws.Act as a strategic partner to department heads, advising on workforce development, organizational structure, and retention plans.Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions in line with company policy.Drive performance management systems (KPIs, appraisals, feedback mechanisms) to support a high-performance culture.Lead HR audits and ensure adherence to legal and internal HR standards across all operations.Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and culture-building activities.Utilize HR analytics and reporting to inform decision-making and track key HR metrics (attrition, headcount, cost per hire, etc.).
