Work closely with application engineers to manage ongoing projects and translate business requirements into actionable solution designs, create detailed functional design, perform systems configurations, and develop test cases and test plans.• Analyze Integration requirements and provide solution design to integrate first-party applications with Salesforce. Partner with internal and external technology and business teams to define business processes and associated system requirements. • Provide subject matter expertise for integration strategy, storyboarding, and requirements development. • Plan and partner with end users for user acceptance testing. Increase efficiencies (e.g. faster time to market, lower total cost of ownership) for our users. Use data based decisions to determine which applications and solutions are required for Salesforce hub group solutions.• Establish specifications for new projects by developing project goals, phases, and budgets.
