I’m a CHRP certified Senior HR Generalist with a passion for building people first cultures, aligning HR strategy with business goals, and empowering teams to thrive. With a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and engagement, I bring both empathy and strategy to every challenge. I’ve partnered with leadership across functions to drive change management, boost retention, and enhance the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. I’m known for being proactive, solutions focused, and collaborative whether I’m leading HR initiatives, supporting complex employee matters, or launching engagement programs.I believe HR is about more than policies it’s about creating intentional, inclusive, and high-performing environments where people and businesses grow together. Outside of work, I enjoy expanding my knowledge through reading, exploring the world through travel, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and learning new skills that spark curiosity and growth.
