Review and Approval of Project specification, Method statements,(ITP inspection and Test plan.• To implement QA/QC procedure and test inspection plan for the project and ensure that the work is done as per approved drawings.• Experience in quality control works & quality assurance those products and supplies companies with relevant standards that exits in the execution of the projects.• Co-ordinate to various disciplines Engineers on the site and must implement the direction of the client representatives.• It is the prime duty to hold any activates not complying with the approval standards and specification • Inspection of excavation, compaction and field density test (FDT) prior to learn concrete works• Inspection of form and reinforcement work for footing and foundation prior to concrete and giving clearance for concrete work.• Attending weekly and monthly quality meeting with client and Raising RFI’s QMIS system, reply for RFI, s.• Monitoring the concrete pouring works including air content test, slump test and temperature of concrete and ensure that enough number of vibrators are used for Concrete works.• Monitoring and inspection of honeycomb rectification on concreted area prior to surface preparation.• Inspection of pipeline trench excavation and backfilling works.• Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals, foundations and retaining walls prior to the application of waterproof bituminous coat. • Inspection of waterproof bituminous coal application on foundation and giving clearance for backfilling.• Reporting any kind of Non-Confirmations (NCR) to the Quality Control supervisor.• Inspection of tank foundation including ring wall foundation, anchor bolts, backfilling with the approved materials.
