Yoga Therapist and Ayurveda personal training in classes who want to transform their body into a desired one. Helping people to reach their goals who want soul happiness. Expertise range across a number of categories such as Hatha yoga, Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga for Special Needs Everyone. Just beginning Yoga was not enough so I decided to dedicate time and energy to bringing Yoga to anyone. Grateful for being able to help myself and others discover and experience the power of Yoga and holistic living.
