Working as a W2 Recruiter.• Responsible for the Submission of the Consultant for the Specific Requirement.• Sourcing the Candidates in the Job Portals Such as DICE, MONSTER, TECH FETCH, and JOB Diva.• Worked for many Requirements such as front-end, Back- End, Full Stack, Analysts, Developers, and Cloud Technologies Etc.• In touch with consultants from the time of Hiring to the Placement.• Negotiating with the candidates with a good Margin.• Strong Personal Computer skills and Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.• Experience working with US citizens, GC, H1B, EAD, Transfers and OPT.• Checking for the right Candidate that match our Requirement on various job portals, submitting the consultants, negotiate best rates, following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.• Mapping the resumes against the requirement and match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.• Following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.• Speak to the consultants/employers regarding their technical skills, interest, availability and convince them regarding pay rates, relocation.• Pre-screening of potential consultants in terms of their qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc.• Get confirmation from consultants/employers pay-rate: hourly/per day/annual through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement.
