For over 20 years, Jay has led organizations and teams to innovative, world-class results.Most recently, Jay led the distressed acquisition, turnaround and sale of Cincinnati\'s heritage beer brands including Christian Moerlein, Hudepohl, Burger and Little Kings. In his prior role as Executive Director of the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, a non-profit professional theater, Woffington oversaw the financial turnaround including seven consecutive years of record profit, 20% compound annual growth and 25X improvement of cash position. Woffington led the strategic design and construction of a $17MM new theater building for the Company that anchors Cincinnati’s Cultural District. The capital raise included a $14MM New Market Tax Credit transaction,$11MM of private philanthropy, and $2MM of public financing.As Global President, Woffington led the creation of Possible Worldwide, a $100MM digital marketing agency of employees in 20 offices in 10 countries including China, India, Kenya, Singapore, UK, Costa Rica, and Dubai. Prior to forming Possible, Woffington was the President and CEO of Bridge Worldwide. In this capacity, he led the cultural and operational turnaround of a struggling digital marketing agency, growing the company from 30 people and $5.2MM to over 330 people and $40MM (25% 9-yr CAGR) while delivering +20% operating margins. In 2005, Woffington initiated and completed the sale of the agency to WPP.In his prior life as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble, Woffington initiated, led, and executed the $2.3 billion acquisition of The Iams Company, P&G’s then-largest acquisition ever.
