   Execute the closure of 5-6 claims daily including providing property claims service through internal channels and to third-party customers including adjusting and writing estimates for low to moderately complex property claims. Analyze and evaluate property damage claims by conducting thorough investigations, analyzing policy coverage, and assessing the extent of damage. Partner and collaborate with team members to resolve issues, identify appropriate matters for escalation, facilitate claims resolutions, and contribute to business goals and performance metrics. Serve as a resource by applying both basic and complex knowledge of property insurance, industry products, services, and processes including a thorough understanding of property and casualty insurance policy contracts and coverages. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies as well as maintain detailed documentation of claims processes and throughout the claims process.
