    Western Electric Institute - 5 Day Power Quality Hands on Training Class 1996(student), 1997 (Lab Facilitator) 1998 Taught in PHX and up in Oregon. I have taught this class in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 & 2011 in Oregon. Currently acting as Program Development Team Chair and lead class facilitator, serving as the major contributor in the development and refining of this very successful program.
