With over ten years in software engineering and nearly five years at PGIM, my focus lies in modernising and centralising core business applications. Leading a front-end team, I contribute to the transformation of legacy systems into scalable, user-friendly solutions using React and Tailwind CSS. Emphasising maintainable architecture, I support organisational growth by mentoring junior engineers and fostering a collaborative environment. As part of PGIM\'s AI strategy, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency.    Spearhead the modernisation of our application suite, focusing on transforming legacy systems into efficient, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. I lead a talented front-end team in the migration, centralisation, and development of key business applications using React and Tailwind CSS. My responsibilities also include driving architectural decisions, ensuring the codebase is maintainable and scalable, and mentoring junior engineers to foster a collaborative development environment.In addition to my work on the app modernisation initiative, I am actively involved in PGIM\'s AI strategy as part of a cross-functional team. This includes exploring AI-driven solutions that can enhance our operations and improve user experiences.Additional technologies and tools we work with include Jenkins, Artifactory, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, AWS, Anaplan, PowerBI, and cutting-edge AI frameworks.
