Supervision of direct reports, which include: Manager Codes and Standards, Design Manager, Principal Engineer(s), Director of Safety, Field Service Managers. Oversight of C&S technical support processes, internal and external training programs and management of HSB knowledge databases (Technical Inquiry Database, Synopsis, Interpretations, International Import Requirements, Tactical Bulletins) Actively interface with HSB Regional Managers and Director of Quality on significant technical issues. Direct C&S activities related to international codes and maintenance of HSB foreign accreditations. Professional Activity: Key liaison between HSB and ASME, Maintain participation on one or more ASME boiler and pressure vessel technical committees, Oversee ASME and NBIC committee assignments for C&S staff Management of C&S expense budget.
