Qualified Senior Quantity Surveyor. Career History:AD Construction - assistant Qs/contracts manager assisting in the management of planned maintenance contracts with a value of up-to a million pounds. Osborne - First project at Osborne was a £3m new build scheme for Southwark Council in Peckham I ran this project as a Trainee QS with the help of a MQS.(JCT Design build 2011)Second project was a new build general teaching block for a private school in Hammersmith (St Paul’s School) I worked alongside a senior Qs in phase one which was circa £23m and the did the second building Phase 2 as the lead surveyor with an assistant this phase was also circa £23m.(JCT Traditional) Third project was New Bond Street which was a cut and carve with retained facade. It was a commercial and retail space. I took this over half way through procurement and 5 months into the build. I was commercial lead on this with no assistance. Project value circa £12m. Fourth project and current project is three new build schemes for Westminster City Council spread across the borough. I’m lead surveyor managing a team that consists of a QS, Assistant Qs and a Graduate Assistant QS and report straight into the commercial director. Value Circa £36m combined. I also have some experience in PCSA’s and 2 stage tenders.
