    Since late 2017, Program Expansion lead for a Navy client; for one year was the prime contractor program support manager for the 74 contract support personnel; led a team of ten contractor staff as the acting Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) team lead for a new ship acquisition for the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case to provide four warships to an international navy; led the development of initial MPT requirements to include Job Duty Task Analysis, Front-End Analysis, and a comprehensive Training Management Plan analogous to Naval Training Systems Plan for the crew and shore support personnel supporting the Multi-Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) ships- In 2016 and 2017, led a multi-disciple team of 12 consultants on a commercial contract that focused on high level strategy, organizational development, and change management with a foreign Ministry of Defense transformation initiative in the Middle East region; directed the development of a military joint staff policy and staff guide that outlined critical staff processes, accompanied by a training curriculum to prepare the staff for their new roles; led the design and development of one-month of classroom instruction and four computer-based training modules- From Jan 2013 to Dec 2014 was contractor project lead for the Professional Analyst Career Education (PACE) course, a combined Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) program with the Directorate for Analysis and the Academy for Defense Intelligence. This is an immersive five-month curriculum designed for new all-source intelligence analysts- From Jan 2011 to Jan 2013 was an instructor for Military Capabilities Analysis Course, a two-week course that introduces intelligence community professionals to the rigors and challenges of analyzing military capabilities.
