Responsible for production of ~250M BOED, producing wells and future locations with a capital budget of $500+ MM /year - Led short-term/long-term planning. Provided production/CAPEX/OPEX target for annual workplan and budget(Short-term) consistently with 5% of actuals. Quarterly Production/OPEX Outlook, Annual Reserve Production/CAPEX/OPEX forecast(Mid ~ Long-term), and Strategic Development Planning(Long-term)- Managed technical studies and simulation focused on determining optimal well design, spacing, lateral length, orientation, interference, IOR, enhanced completion, re-frac, and fracture modeling for different formations - Conducted Production/OPEX performance analysis. Production/OPEX tracking with weekly/monthly lookback. Conducted RTA to estimate fracture half-length and SRV, Provided multi segment DCA based on flow regimes, type curve based on type well performance, DFIT analysis, OPEX modeling & forecast based on fixed and variable categories - Led reserve report process. Prepared and analyzed reserves data, coordinated, prepared and presented reserves reviews and reports - A&D Management for lease acquisition and divestment in Eagle Ford/DJ Basin, increasing WI from core area wells, and swap lease acreage for efficient development - Conducted economic evaluation including well by well economic evaluation for ranking of future well location for development scenarios, project economics and sensitive & risk analysis for various strategic decision making, and economic modeling for field development including future locations, transportation, and facilities - Improved integration of data analytics work flow with spotfire and R including production and cost tracking template generation, planning process semi-automation and incorporating into day-to-day work, and conducting statistical analysis and MVA(Multivariate analysis) with data science methodology
