   In my current role, I lead the corporate actions processing team, where I am responsible for ensuring end-to-end accuracy across a wide range of complex events, including mergers, acquisitions, dividends, and stock splits. I manage the complete lifecycle of each corporate action, starting from announcement capture and entitlement processing to final reconciliation and settlement. I have also taken the lead inclient onboarding, successfully integrating new clients into our systems by closely coordinating with internal stakeholders and streamlining workflows to ensure a smooth transition. As the designated Subject Matter Expert (SME), I handle over 25 institutional clients and manage more than funds. This role allows me to deliver high-quality servicing, proactively resolve issues, and build strong client relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and deep operational knowledge.
