Conduct thorough inspections of static equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures, including the development and maintenance of quality control plans, inspection checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Identify defects, analyze root causes, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.Continuously evaluate QC & I processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall quality performance.Manage non-conforming products or processes, conduct investigations, and lead corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and quality control activities. Prepare reports on quality performance, trends, and improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements. Assist with internal and external audits, addressing findings and implementing necessary corrective actions.Work closely with engineering, production, and other relevant departments to resolve quality-related issues, promote a culture of quality, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
