In my time at Capital One, I have contributed to several successful initiatives, such as the Walmart credit card loyalty program, cross-device cardholder rewards experiences, and personalized notifications for Capital One Shopping. These projects have resulted in increased customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention, as well as significant savings and revenue for the company.
