As a VAS manager, I am responsible for dreaming, planning, and implementation of any tasks/projects that would drive value to our clients thus truly partnering with them in growing their business. This requires a constant client engagement, understanding of the industry trends, design future oriented processes, continuous quality improvement, ensure meeting of client expectations, risk identification and mitigation, and constantly look out for technological innovations and trends. In this role, I manage a team of 20 delivery account managers across the three branches (Hyderabad, Trichy, and Manila), 6 Quality Assurance Engineers, 10 SWAT team members, and multiple niche project teams that get formed as and when innovative projects are implemented.
