   Project engineer on a $70 million project involving five different HCAi permits, including a significant expansion of the Birthing and Emergency departments totaling square feet, respectively, as well as a retrofit of the medical surgery department and CUP upgrades. • Managed the largest scopes of the project, including mechanical, plumbing, drywall, glazing, roofing, and expansion control, among others. • Utilized and managed vPlanner, a lean planning software that improved scheduling productivity and promoted team transparency, resulting in efficient project execution. • Assumed responsibility as the main document control manager for all OSHPD documents, and generated graphs and charts that highlighted the project\'s efficiency in inspections and overall health. • Helped manage project finances by overseeing billing submissions and reviews, monitoring project costs, and reviewing subcontractor changes to maintain a healthy financial status.
