About Jay Rinehart
My entire life has been blessed by being a part of the American Dream for thousands of people. I started my career as a sales person in our family real estate firm, Rinehart Realty, in 1988. Then continued my work with Rinehart Realty while also practicing law as a real estate closing attorney. Now, I lead our brokerage company as President and CEO of Rinehart Realty Corporation which specializes in residential and commercial brokerage as well as build-to-suit and development deals. I also run our property management company, Rinehart Property Management, Inc. Our Core Value of the companies are what set us apart from our competition. They are part of our internal DNA. Our focus on client experience through support of our agents, superior marketing materials and business opportunity development has allowed us to continue our growth. I am focused on helping real estate professionals achieve a balance in their personal and professional lives and achieve at the highest level in the real estate business. This allows me to focus on growing leaders in our real estate firm. My Specialties include leadership development, negotiation, motivation and strategic planning.
