About Jay Rigby
After sixteen years as the CEO of New ThermoServ Ltd, I sold my interest in the company. However, I did not sell my interest with the intention of retiring. My time at ThermoServ was great, but now is the time to plan for the next chapter in my life. I have a passion to create and build. After decades of leadership experience, I have worked through manufacturing, marketing and operational issues from startups to multi million dollar acquisitions. I have been fortunate to have worked with dedicated and tenacious people that always embraced change.
