I am a Senior Engineering/Program Manager with significant experience in technical programs including all developmental phases such as requirements analysis, detail design, evaluation and test, transition to production and full rate production. I have worked in Defense procurement as both a Government representative and in the commercial sector for medium and large Defense Contractors. I have proven record of successfully managing projects of over $100M in value and have led teams of up to 50 contributors. I have expertise in systems engineering, risk management, project planning, Earned Value Management, lean manufacturing and have achieved both government and commercial program management credentials.
