Working as Control room & Field Officer. well versed with automatic tank gauging system.(ATG), Terminal automation system (TAS), ESD and TAS Interlocks, MOV, ROVs etc.Daily stock monitoring of tanks and maintaining quality by continuous coordination with different process units.Handling of operational issues and daily operations through proper manpower management participating in safety meetings, Ensuring proper housekeeping of Tank farm and pump house premises and safety practices during operation.Maintaining of daily movement register Loading of Tank Lorry of petroleum product Motor Spirit / High speed diesel / Superior Kerosene oil /Ethanol /High Flash High Speed Diesel.Hands on experience with IMS and JDE applications using in HPCL for Tank Trucks planning and dispatching of handling products.Involve in pigging operations for cleaning the entire pipeline.Monitoring the protective system for thermal expansion of the product. Checking fire and gas detection system and fire water deluge system.Carrying out various Preventive maintenance operations of storage tanks (cone roof, floating roof, and internal floating roof), Centrifugal pumps, product pipeline and all Valves.Carrying out all types of operation in tank farm area such as inter tank transfer, Sampling, Manual gauging, tank line up, Pump line up, Water Draining, Pump operations and other all routine field activities as per SOP.Responsible for day to day planning to supply all Gujrat retail out let sales.New TT induction to be done for retail service which completes HPCL Standard.Preparation of daily MIS, joint certificate and another document.Compliance of all statutory requirements as per state & central Government. TT turnaround time as well as loss monitor for check out any abnormality.Ensure Quantity & Quality checking of loaded TT’s before dispatching.Regular training of tank truck crew and contract manpower.Ensuring proper PPEs by TT crew, contract manpower and staff.
