About Jay Prag

I am the Charlotte S. and Davre J. Davidson Chair in Business Management at the Masatoshi Ito and Peter F. Drucker School of Management, where I have taught since 1986. I previously taught at Harvey Mudd College, Claremont McKenna College, and Pomona College and I was a Corporate Finance trainer at Edison International for seven years. During my career, I have won 32 teaching awards. I am currently the Academic Director of the Masters in Finance Program and I also served as Academic Director for the Executive MBA and the Financial Engineering Programs at the Drucker School. I just completed a two-year term as chairman of the Board of Directors of LINC Housing, a nonprofit developer of affordable housing headquartered in Long Beach, California. I previously served on the Board of Directors of the Mt. San Antonio Gardens retirement community in Claremont, California.I\'ve had many recent speaking engagements, both locally and nationally, that cover a broad array of business and economic topics.
