I’m a dedicated sales development leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and creating meaningful connections with prospects and clients. My focus has always been on opening doors, generating quality opportunities, and helping account executives succeed through thoughtful outreach and active listening.Over the years, I’ve built and led SDR teams from the ground up—training reps to approach cold outreach with confidence, curiosity, and integrity. I’ve worked across a variety of industries, supporting growth in the SaaS space by engaging decision-makers and uncovering real business challenges.Before my career in sales, I proudly served my country in the military and later continued that commitment to public service as a police officer. Protecting others and doing what\'s right has always been central to who I am—and those values carry into how I lead, sell, and serve.Outside of work, I’m a lifelong music lover and vinyl collector with a personal library of over 350 records. From country and classic rock to pop and musicals, I believe vinyl is the best way to experience music—second only to a live concert. I\'m also an avid reader of fantasy, sci-fi, historical fiction, westerns, and graphic novels. Favorite authors include J.R.R. Tolkien, Brandon Sanderson, Robert Jordan, and Bernard Cornwell.Most importantly, I’m a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. I’ve been in a committed relationship for over 40 years, and my family remains the foundation of everything I do.Whether in uniform, on the sales floor, or at home with my grandkids—passion, purpose, and service define my path.
