About Jay Pignatiello
I suppose my gritty creative drive started as a kid in Northern New Jersey.I taught myself SEO and digital marketing and hustled to find clients in my 20’s. The rapid fire ideas that came with marketing translated nicely into indie film and other creative endeavors. During the pandemic, I moved to Mexico and learned recruiting, beginning in Accounting and Financial roles, and eventually finding my way into the Creative and Entertainment space. It was the logical next step. In that time, I was the location manager on an indie film that was picked up by Gravitas, and sold a feature film that will be released theatrically in early 2026 with Dekanalog. I’ve written half a dozen screenplays, dozens of short stories, and acted in a handful of shorts and feature films. I don’t have an IMDB, I just want to be part of meaningful creative journeys and to continue to grow in the creative space. Hence, the snow leopard title. I love recruiting, I love indie films, and I love connecting. Let’s work together.
