As a highly skilled technical manager, my background and experience allow me to offer: Extensive PayTV experience – I have a solid understanding of the PayTV business, including the technical elements comprising the E2E service platform and the business operations required to enable the offering. I have served as Program Manager for the launch of two international DTH services, as well as the initial OTT platform that is now Sling TV. Vision – I have a big picture view that has enabled me to establish and drive project and product roadmaps that ensure business continuity, enable rapid introduction of new service offerings and optimize development efforts. Leadership - I am a strong leader with a history of driving large project teams to successful completion of major projects and programs. I have directly managed teams of Program Managers, System Engineers and System Architects. I have motivated, mentored and developed those who have worked under my leadership, and told time and again how much they enjoyed working for me and how much they learned. Business Development Expertise – Relying on a strong background in business and technology, I have been able to contribute solidly to business development efforts across the globe, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. 1. Lead Product Delivery Manager, Video Product Advanced Advertising

   Charter Communications

   Jan 2017 — Present · Denver, CO, US

   Managed rollout and expansion of Linear Dynamic Ad Insertion platform across the full Charter footprint serving over 300 ad zones nationally. Responsible for implementation of data center compute resources and multicast networks/VLANs, along with integration with Switched Digital Video, Ad Splicing architectures, and Freewheel ad scheduling/targeting platform. Managed deployment of Spectrum Guide architecture to 63 Hubs and 15 Controller locations in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee and Carolinas. Technical elements included Active Video/Zodiac AMS server cluster at data centers, network configuration from RDC to hubs, and integration with STB clients. Engaged resources from Engineering, Build, Inside Plant, DOCSIS and others to coordinate integration and troubleshoot issues, while maintaining a very aggressive timeline (8 months).
