As an HV Electrical Tester for instrument transformers, I conduct comprehensive electrical tests on a wide range of transformers by following standard procedures and Engineering Instructions. Utilizing appropriate electrical instruments and technical knowledge. I coordinate testing schedules with Production Planning. Additionally, I generate and issue detailed test reports documenting measurements and results. Adhering strictly to safety practices and procedures related to high voltage testing, I maintain a safe work environment. I participate in a rotating shift system with other testers in the Test Laboratory to provide continuous coverage and support. My role also includes performing material handling tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, to support testing activities and maintain laboratory operations. Throughout my tenure, I demonstrate a strong focus on safety and quality, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
