HR Operations - Drive end-to-end HR operations for the site, ensuring seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, payroll inputs, separations)- Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, grievance resolution, and process clarifications- Manage off-roll workforce operations including vendor coordination, attendance validation, and wage cost tracking- Oversee HRIS updates and maintain accurate employee records to support compliance and audits.2. Workforce Management – KRONOS - Serve as the KRONOS WFM SPOC for site operations, managing time & attendance, shift planning, and overtime- Ensure system accuracy and minimize manual interventions in workforce data- Generate reports from KRONOS to track absenteeism, overtime, and manpower utilization- Provide training and support to employees and supervisors on KRONOS functionality- Collaborate with payroll and IT teams for data integration and troubleshooting.3. Reporting, Analytics & Audit Support - Prepare and publish manual intervention audit reports to highlight gaps and recommend corrective actions- Develop and share wage cost reports, manpower dashboards, and attendance MIS for management review- Validate and process vendor bills related to workforce deployment- Present actionable insights to leadership for workforce planning and cost optimization.4. Compliance, Recruitment & L&D - Familiar with Darwinbox HRMS and its modules (recruitment, L&D, performance)- Ensure awareness of statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, CLRA, gratuity) and support compliance tracking at site- Contribute inputs to recruitment and learning initiatives as needed
