Helped team to properly adopt and practice scrum through the removal of non-agile scrum practices Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style in identifying and removing roadblocks to teams working progress Encourage team to adopt swarming to help reduce QA down time and improve team velocity Promoting an empowering and self-organizing team by shielding the team as necessary to establish a trusting and safe environment for raising problems, defining solutions, and committing to milestone deliveries Resolve team conflicts by utilizing scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect for one another Shield team from outside interference and thereby avoid impediments that could slow down progress Utilizing JIRA to track and effectively communicate team velocity, burn down charts and sprint/release progress to the team Encourage PO to always engage with stakeholders to gain better understanding of product requirements to help with better user story writing
