Developed automated data pipelines for extracting, cleaning, and integrating spatial and non-spatial datasets from diverse sources including APIs, web platforms, and legacy formats.• Built Python-based tools for spatial data processing, data wrangling, and large-scale querying to support projects on orphaned well identification, structural complexity, and carbon capture and emissions mitigation.• Developed end-to-end data extraction pipelines to support emissions analysis in Texas by enabling ingestion of both real-time and legacy wellbore datasets. Built a Selenium-based scraper to extract live data from JavaScript-rendered web tables and engineered a custom parser in Python and Rust to transform complex ASCII flat files into clean, SQL-ready CSVs.• Built and tuned machine learning models (Random Forest and XGBoost classifiers) to predict the likelihood of orphaned oil and gas wells. Optimized model performance using grid search and cross-validation, and evaluated results with precision-recall and ROC metrics.• Streamlined spatial and tabular workflows with Pandas, GeoPandas, NumPy, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, and PySpark. Built reusable scripts and managed version control through GitHub to support team collaboration and make re-running extractions easy when new data became available.• Utilized ArcPy, QGIS, and ESRI tools to perform geospatial analysis and visualization for internal research and technical reporting.
